ABOUT
I was first introduced to the field of sport for development and peace (SDP) in 2011 when I traveled to Eastern DRC as part of a sport for reconciliation project. I saw first-hand how sport can promote social cohesion and inclusion in a very challenging environment.

Since then I have worked in the field of SDP in various roles, as project manager of sportanddev.org, development advisor of GIZ's Sport for Development in Africa Regional Project and consultant with USAID, GIZ, and the Swiss Academy for Development.

I am enthusiastic about working in this field and would be happy to talk to you about your interest in getting involved. My favorite African proverb is:

"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
